You stopped supporting my phone without explanation

I have a PIxel 4a and visible was the service I started it out with. After a year excellent service I had to temporarily switch to Google Fi as I was working somewhere where Visible service was out of reach. A month later I went to switch back and was told that Visible doesn't support my phone, this was backed up by someone on live chat but they were unable to give me a further explanation as to why. I doubt my service would have suddenly stopped in September had I not switched so I'd like to know why you're longer accepting me as a customer.
