conditional call forwarding (no answer / busy transfer) visible NOT WORKING


Hoping someone will help, Just joined Visible about a week ago. 
I would like to use my google voice for voice mail with conditional call forwarding (no answer / busy transfer).  I had this setup for my Verizon work phone.  But it does not work with Visible as I spent about 1 hours on with customer service chat and they wanted me to factory reset  my phone. That's a no go. 

*71 and or *72 tried I get a recording saying the number I dialed is not available. error code 902

Anyone have any ideas what to try for conditional call forwarding (no answer / busy transfer)
