eSim upgrade

I’m trying to upgrade to the visible+ plan. Went through the steps in the app. I don’t get an option for eSim and they placed an order for a new SIM card. So then I went to attempt an eSim and it wouldn’t let me because I had an existing order. Any way to cancel the SIM card and go with the eSim?

Since you placed the order for the SIM card and it likely has been shipped. You can try and get a hold of customer support and see if it can be stopped but that would depend on when you placed the order. They are quite speedy on getting it shipped out.
