Hi, New guy here. I tried to register and after a few rejections started a Chat. I was told that even though my phone is unlocked that eSim is not an option for me, only a physical SIM. The iPhone 12 Pro is designed, as are many other iPhones, to work with eSIM so I don't understand why Visible is saying that it won't work. Is there something unique to their configuration that prevents it from working and what are they doing about making it compatible? Has anyone else encountered this? The Visible service is of no use to me if I can't use eSIM.
