I have a visible account and My One Plus 8 2015 phone has a dead battery...so am changing to a new MotoPower G. Is it only a matter of swapping the sim card?

I have often wondered this same thing, how do you upgrade phones on your account if you do not purchase through Visible, I guess you could always try moving the SIM over....
Would check to make sure your current phone doesn't have any sort of 'sim protection' turned on.

I got visible on my new phone working. What I did was move the SIM over and I upgraded Android to the lastest version. Then the cell networked woke up on the new phone. The Visible chat person helped me and was an actual live person to ask questions to. You have to wade through the help system to finally gain access to a live Visible chat helper.
