I have always been skeptical of cheaper phone providers and have continuously shoveled out money into Verizon’s pockets. By shoveled, I mean $80 a month for 12 months for 8 years of not more. While Visible has a base plan of $25, I went with their top tier plan for $45 and wasn’t disappointed. If you’re not worried about data caps, I’m sure the $25 plan will work just as fine. Visible does use Verizon towers so felt pretty good about the switch.
I really have no complaints and I’ve recently upgraded to their new new plan Visible+ Pro since it’s pretty much the same price. Keep an eye out for other discounts as well before porting over.
Notes: Coverage may vary depending on where you live. I’ve gotten coverage pretty much everywhere I’ve been, but haven’t been in remote areas frequently enough to know how it does. Remember to check if your device is compatible before porting over. Your device has to be unlocked.
Porting Over: Sometimes it does take awhile to activate the SIM if you’re doing a digital SIM, but don’t worry. If it’s not working after sometime, just requested a new SIM a few times and that seemed to work for me.
