Activation issues

Hello - I received my iphone15 about 5 days ago and have been trying to activate it ever since. When I go to my account and on the overview page it says "we are processing your order".  t then showed that it shipped but has not advanced beyond that. There is no QR code. App will not let me push the Go to activation button.

This is a peer to peer forum and not customer service. Since you are having issues activating your best option is to contact customer service about this.
