does anyone work at this company I've been on chat waiting to get some help for 2 days. my phone only worked for the 1 day, and now I can't make or receive calls. They should change the name to INVISIBLE.

can't make or receive calls. Tried all the recommended fixes ,nothing is work. can't get anyone on chat. its very frustrating I've only had the phone for 2 days.No wonder is so cheap you can't call anyone
