I sent in my old phone as a swap for the Midnight when I started my
service. I was billed $100 for the Midnight this week. The old phone I
sent in was eligible for the promotion so I don't understand why I was
billed for the Midnight.
Yes. It was sent in within the two weeks of activation and it worked
