Whew $194?! I'm paying Visible $10/month for my phone and watch
combined. (Thanks to referral credits and got promotional pricing like 4
years ago, but still $200 a month is wild.)
Have you signed up yet? If not I might suggest holding off on the
account which has an Apple Watch. There is currently a known issue where
many people have been unable to get their Apple Watch activated on
Visible for the past week or two.
Some carriers need more than that nowadays. If the address doesn't match
the old account, it might not be released, or if the old account needs
your direct confirmation you want it released, it'll wait on that. It
may or may not be the situation here...
Even when I signed up for Visible over a year ago, the dropdown menu to
select your carrier was messed up, showing some options twice, and the
option you select not even being the one that it shows you when you
finish the sign up process. Didn't seem...
