Visible's tech assistance (customer service) needs a lot more training.
We the customers (paying people) need to know you are helping us to
resolve issues, what we experience is extreme frustration, this causes
us to cancel our service and go to anot...
I just found out that we can ask for a physical phone call back...after
it has reached the “advanced triage team”. I spent 18 hours on chat and
got nowhere. Same issue with not receiving SMS messages. This is a big
problem…I can’t get verification co...
