Well, after almost 2 weeks support closed the case saying I need to
contact Motorola to fix the issue and that there is no issue on their
end. Guess I will have to switch carriers.

won't work with Visible and they tell me to contact mfg. Tried signing
up again online with Verizon and it says my number cant be ported. Guess
