Just got out of my 4th attempt at talking to support chat. Took another
2 hours. Up to 8 hours of time now trying to get my phone working. No
data, calls, or texts despite 4 bars of service. Attempts to get more
information and escalate this seem to ...
Just want to add that I can't even log in to the app because it's two
factor authentication and my phone doesn't work. Lol. Complete joke. Has
been going on for two days now.
