I'm on my 3rd chat today and the information I am being provided is
contradictory. It's a system issue, it's just you, there's no known
outage, there's an outage. On my 4th chat now. Keep getting logged off.
They are asking me to do the same troubles...
Same here. In MA. Second time in 9 days. This morning's agent said it's
a known issue. The current agent I am speaking with said it's not. This
is insane!
We're in the same boat. I don't have time for this. I am reaching out to
the Better Business Bureau and looking for a national news contact to
see if some "push" from authorities can get them moving on this... I was
with Verizon for close to 30 years...
