I ordered a phone 2 weeks ago. I contact chat to see what's going on and
get informed my order has been cancelled and my account is on hold. Then
chat stops responding. Why was my order cancelled? Why is my account on
I ordered a new phone Nov. 2nd and it said it will be shipped next
business day. So far order still shows processing and no one can tell me
what's going on. I'm told I need to wait 3-5 days for a "specialist" to
review the order. Interestingly enough...
Update:It is now November 11th. Still do not have the phone, no update
on the order, and no contact from a "specialist" as promised.
Additionally I requested to speak with a manager 2 days ago and was
promised a call back and haven't gotten that eith...
