Ordered 2 weeks ago. Now order cancelled!

I ordered a phone 2 weeks ago. I contact chat to see what's going on and get informed my order has been cancelled and my account is on hold. Then chat stops responding. Why was my order cancelled? Why is my account on hold?

Almost the same situation here but I had service for about a week and then was put on a permanent hold. 

Have they resolved your issue?

I am having this exact same issue.  Visible is stealing people's money and then denying them service for no reason.  That is theft in my book
