What exactly does "account zip code" mean? The billing zip code does not work. Other Visible comments indicate that "service zip code" is what works. Does anyone know exactly which zip code is needed when requesting porting of existing C Spire number...

I agree. The directions for porting include:Your old carrier account numberService Zip Code (what does that mean?) Billing zip code does not work. C Spire's home office zip code does not work. You only get 5 tries then lock out.

This video indicates that the "billing zip code" is needed. But when we tried our confirmed billing zip, the error indicated that the Service zip code is required, not to be confused with the billing zip code. HELP please!!
