Question about International Calls

Hi there, I noticed that Visible offers International calling and texting in its premium plan, and had a question. Does the person from another country also need to have an international call and text plan? Or does it work if one person has the plan.

The other person doesn't need a international plan unless that person wants to call you, if your plan includes international calling texting it has nothing to do with that person they will receive the phone calls and texts, but if they don't have international texting they won't be able to reply.
