I have a Samsung G7, does it have to have an active phone # ?  I looked up the IEMI # and the same said not compatible, do I need to unlock the phone first...T-Mobile right now.  Thanks

Your phone may not be compatible with Visible even if you pay off your phone. However, there are some tricks to use the Visible sim for non compatible phones as well. If you try to google APN settings for Visible, you will find a lot information.  But keep in mind, phone must be carrier unlocked.
