Verizon-owned Visible network suffers suspected data breach

"Social media sites, especially the Visible subreddit, are currently flooded with reports of Visible accounts being hijacked. In most cases, the email address associated with the account is reset by an unknown attacker, then the payment method on the account is used to order a phone."

Hopefully this incident will push Visible to implement Multi-Factor Authentication.

Questions for Visible: What are you doing to mitigate this data breach?  How are you supporting customers whose accounts were hacked?  How are you protecting customers whose accounts have yet to be hacked?

It is disturbing we are learning of this hack from the media and not Visible itself.
