I’m trying to upgrade to Visible plus and it keeps giving me an error message saying to contact customer support or customer help. What do you guys recommend I do? I really need to get this bill plus because I need international calling.

The help chat on the website seems to be the fastest to get a reply. They will respond on Messenger but it may take longer. You will have to wait in a queue for an undetermined amount of time.
I’m currently having problems with the international dialing on the Visible+ plan. Let me know if it works for you please once you switch over.
