I've been waiting for Visible customer support since 7:50 am and it's now 10:36 am EST. I couldn't join a party pay until I activated my service and now I can't find the place to enter the party pay to join it. Any ideas ?

If this one of the new plans acquired after 8/17, party pay is not available. Only the old legacy plan had party pay and it was discontinued on 8/17. See:
