Visible does have domestic roaming to cover all areas. Your phone should have a roaming setting and it needs to be on to roam other cellular network. Does it actually work? That I could not tell you. Just remember Visible is owned by Verizon and uses there network and towers. You can visit Verizon and check to see what areas they cover in the Appalachians.
