18 hours without my number or service

How does everyone put up with this lousy service level? I’ve only been with Visible for three weeks and it’s been horrible. The latest is somehow one of the reps transferred my number of 22 years out of my name. They are trying to get it back and it’s been 18 hours, no service no number nothing the price might be good but it’s horrible. Just horrible service they don’t seem to care.
