2 phone numbers, 1 phone

I have service thru a different provider however subscribed to a Visible package with a new/different number for business reasons (not wanting clients to have my “true/personal” number). 
Is there a way to use this second Visible line without going into my phone swings and changing visible to my “primary” each and every time i need to make outgoing calls and texts? I can receive incoming but that is not sufficient for me

on iphone 10XS, i go the settings/cellular.  sims is on that page.  The numbers and listed.  If off touch and turn on both numbers on the next page.  I can answer calls on either number that they calls.  After you turn each line on there is nothing else to switch.
