Apparently this was an issue a couple of years ago and we missed it then.

Now as of yesterday 2/18/2024 both my phone 

 

Apparently this was an issue a couple of years ago and we missed it then. But now as of 2/18/2024 both my phone and my wife's return an 803nerror whenever we try to call or send a text.

It's doubly discouraging since visible apparently forgot our passwords and I can't log into either account to access chat and can't input a new password since texting isn't functional on either phone.

Hello, I am sorry that you face this.

I shall recommend few things.

1. Power cycle the device.

2. Try using the SIM (assuming physical sim) in another device.

3. Try resetting the password on visible.com

4. Reach the visible care on X (twitter) or on FB messenger.
