I have spent 4hrs with level 3 customer service and i been telling them exactly the issue but they cannot assist coz level 2 tech support refuses to escalate.
Clearly there is a problem but they are so confident that there is no issue and rather not have a look at it.t
I have screen shots and videos of the issue.
