Can not log into Visible account on the website, says "Something went wrong"

yes, have been able to login via web browser before couple days ago fine. tried Chrome or firefox.
this page gives no way to upload screen shot direct.
i do the login https://www.visible.com/account/overview and get box :
Something went wrong

try chat but nothing ever loads.
why broken?
How does one manage their account, even the smartphone app is extremely useless. no account info like call logs or data/min used. nor even a way to request account changes like to cancel.
