Activating IPhone 6

Can you activate a Visible sim in a IPhone 6 without the Visible app installed on same device since it is not supported. But activate it on another device with the app installed.

The app is needed to activate the SIM, I don't think it can be done any other way. You could activate the pSIM on another device that can download the app and move the pSIM to the iPhone 6 but it is a 10 year old phone and not exactly sure how well it will work on Visible.
