Due to a banking error, my husband's bill was not paid and his account has been terminated. When I try to log in to change the payment and pay the bill, I get a screen with a blue button that says Restart or Reinstate. If I try to log in, I get a message that the information on file doesn't match what I entered. How can I fix this if I'm unable to access his account?

Another thing to check is that the service address/ billing address with visible matches with the billing address on the credit card.
