Looks like your device is carrier locked. Did you bought the phone from Visible?

No. I am porting over from Total Wireless. Another Verizon company

As mentioned it sounds like it is locked by your old carrier. Did you try checking it if was compatible? here is the link https://www.visible.com/shop/compatibility

Only other thing to try is to remove SIM and start over and even try restarting phone. Good luck!
