Without a connection for more than 2 days due to port in


Hi, First time posting here. I tried to port from Mint to Visible yesterday.  After paying for the first month's service fee, my Mint mobile stopped working. But till today, my visible connection is not active.  I tried reaching out to Visible chat support 3 times (waiting more than an hour each time).  Everytime, they gave different reasons.  But today, they said that the account is suspended and they will try to escalate to get it fixed.   I am fine even if I am able to go back to Mint or port out to any other connection. But they are refusing to even give the Pin.  What options do I have?
