Prepaid Visa Issue

So, when I try to add my Prepaid Visa from Simon it denies it. I’m pretty sure it relates to the postal code, I need want to pay my bill this way since it’s the only option for me. What do I do in order for me to pay using a Visa Prepaid Card?
