My phone stopped working about 2 weeks ago. I cannot access e-mail because I use the phone for 2 factor authentication. I get "Text messaging service has been denied." in text messages. I cannot make or receive calls and I cannot get internet access. I have done everything that Connie the digital assistant has suggested and I do not have a case number so I never get connected to anyone who can resolve the problem. I suspect the physical sim card is corrupt and that a new sim card would resolve the issue. Again, I do not have access to my e-mail so communication through that channel is useless. I do not know how to request a new sim card.
