Annoying letters about upgrading

I keep getting letters telling me I need to upgrade. I did! I received and inserted the new SIM card. Why am I still getting these reminders (demands) that I upgrade? I've just been ignoring the letters but I worry that my service will be affected if they think I haven't upgraded. Any suggestions? Thanks

If you are unsure log into your account and look to see what plan it shows on your account. If it says Visible Unlimited you are still on the old plan, if it says Visible Plan you are on the new plan. If you inserted the new card and it is working you should be on the new plan since it needs to be activated after inserting it.

Can I stay on the Party Plan indefinitely and NOT do the upgrade?

You are risking to lose your number. That plan may work as long as the service is. We dont know when they are going to pull the plug on the legacy plan.

I wouldn't worry about the letters as long as you have migrated to the new plans (Visible or Visible+)

As the other user mentioned please check what plan it shows in your visible account and you are good to go.
