I am trying to activate my iphone 14 pro-esim. I heard that it’s possible via app, but my app is weird. I have access to my account via websites however, if I try to do it via App, it doesn’t work. I cannot find my profile or setting page and it looks like they conceive me as a new customer. What should I do? And I cannot get to the live agent.

Yes you have to contact costumer care and they will escalate it to the higher department
