Apple Watch Ultra 2 cellular still not connected

I have been trying for almost 3 weeks (I counted around 5 hours so far) to get my new Apple Ultra 2 watch connected to my cellular plan. I had an older Apple Watch (7, I think), that had already been connected. I followed the instructions, and the watch showed that Visible was the carrier but not connected. I followed many different ideas from the chat, and finally they created a ticket for a higher team. However, they reset my phone esim, which reset my watch, apparently. Now, when I try to add the cellular, it shows I have no esim on the watch at all. I have been waiting for a week on the latest ticket with no response. I am hoping it's not my watch (I don't think it is), as I have a return window of about a week now left. I am frustrated with the lack of answers I am getting. Any ideas? I'm ready to give up, honestly.

I just got an Ultra 2 last week, and I've been struggling to get the cell service to work as well. Support is no help whatsoever. They said they put in an escalation ticket, but I'll never hear back. I go through this every time I upgrade my watch. It's the most painful process ever. It'll just magically work some day, but I don't know when that'll happen. It might have something to do with waiting till the end of the billing cycle, but they don't say that. It would help if they would just say that so I don't have to keep restoring my watch over and over.
