Hello All,
I recently bought a apple watch ultra 2 cellular model and tried the pairing process. I following the step-by-step instructions and it was quiet easy and everything completed successfully and the Visible CSR also confirmed it got registered on the backend as well successfully by cross checking the last 4 digits of my IMEI number. After few hours of the registration the instruction was to restart my watch and i did the same, i did also notice my new watch getting registered under my Apple ID. However, under the Devices when i clicked on the registered watch, the phone number was different from that of cell phone number.
Has anyone seen this kind of problem?.
When i contacted the Visible support via chat , they asked me unpair and pair the watch ,which i tried and it did NOT resolve the problem.

If you turn off your phone and test calling your watch with both numbers, which number rings the watch?
If you call a number with caller ID from your watch (iPhone still turned off), what number appears on the destination phone?
