I'm Puerto Rico and the service doesn't work. I solved that with a prepay SIM card.   I want to pay my bill but sign on requires authentication to phone.... that doesn't work in PR.  Everything tried requires authentication and CHAT is next to useless unless you've a scripted problem.  And no email ( that I can find ) to contact a person.  Thus you....

Type agent or live agent to get by the chat bot. Once you get a live agent and ask them to disable 2FA on your account, they will send you verification by email to account on file. 

 

Also, just want to point out that this is a peer to peer forum and I don't believe anyone from customer service ever visits here.
