My MFA has not been active for months

I've been with Visible for over 1-year now, and my MFA got disabled a while after I was a member. I opened up a case 4 months ago, and still have no resolution. So right now, anybody who has my email and password, can just login without issue. I am also unable to add any trusted devices to my account.
Note: This all started shortly after I transferred my eSIM from my iPhone 13 to my new iPhone 16.
I've been through hours of troubleshooting with Visible reps from Reddit, Facebook and web chat. Nobody has a resolution. And almost ALL of them tell me to repeat the same steps I've been repeating for months.
As I said in my reddit post, I will literally pay someone to fix this for me. My account is currently compromised, and I feel like this is illegal to not resolve MFA for a customer. On Visible's MFA page, it literally says, "Visible implemented MFA as a requirement to protect member information and comply with industry standards."

This is ridiculous. Might have to get legal involved at this point, since my member information has not been protected for MONTHS.
