The payment page says we have to pay (or we may pay) seven days before our due date. For example, our due date is the 26th. Today is the 19th. Yet it will not yet let us pay. Trying to remember back to last month, seem to remember the same issue. The solution was to wait a day. So, is the rule actually that we cannot pay more than SIX days in advance, in reality and practice? What gives?! We are very surprised by a company that does not want and or won't allow customers to PAY EARLY.

You can’t pay until just a few days before the actual due date, and I’ve found it doesn’t allow payment until less than 7 days.
