How does the billing work? Do you receive statements in the mail or do you have to sign up electronically ?

Log in on the app, and choose account, overview will get you to your payment info.  Everything visible does is done electronically. You can make your payment 6 days before the due date or sign up for autopay.

Hi, everything is done through the Visible.  There no statements in the mail.
