I really don't think they can. Verizon owns Visible but they operate and separate businesses. If you need help with Visible service you would need to contact Visible customer service. Unfortunately they don't have stores or a phone number to call, they only handle their support by chat, or social media outlets such as X(Twitter) or Facebook messenger. They can also be messaged on the support page on Reddit.
