Can't use 2-factor


We purchased a SIM for a recent trip in the U.S..  Now that we're back in our home country, I can no longer access the Visible account as it forces me to use the U.S. cell number as the second security factor.  I can't receive texts from that number while outside the U.S..  How can I log in to the account?

You would need to contact customer by chat, Facebook messenger or Twitter and have them temporarily disable 2FA. This is only temporary and you would need to do this every time you would need to access the account. 


If you don't have a payment tied to the account or have autopay on you can just let the billing cycle end and it will suspend your account.
