Hello, I got my new iPhone and activated my new Visiable number today. Then I worked with a Visible agent to port in my old number succesfully. After porting in, I tried to enable the eSIM but Visible then asked for a one-time code sent to my number. The problem is the eSIM is not even set up on my phone so I cannot receive any SMS sent to me!
How can Visible fix this? Do I need them to send me a physical sim card so that I can use it on my old phone to receive the code message?
