Cannot order my service

Trying to set up my phone service. Entered old service's account number, port out pin, address, payment info, etc.  But when I try to place an order it says "There already existed an Order with the same MDN  your current order is cancelled".        I tried 3 hours ago to order service -- it hasn't started. How do I cancel the original order, or override it with a new order?

You need to contact Visible customer service if you haven't already.
