I tried joining Visible today but they lied to me for about two hours until i lost my patience and revoked all access to my personal information and revoked and cancelled the request to port my mobile line from AT&T. Truly all companies in mobile service are bad. we have no real options. Porting a number cannot take so long over two hours an not been able to port a line? Whats wrong with you visible? Then, not even having a customer service number but hiding behind a chat??? cowards. You upset customers and thats why you have not grown as a company should. I like efficiency but you are the opposite. Talking about been disrespectful the most disrespectful thing in the world is to waste one s time. time is the most precious thing any one can have. how you dear to keep lying to customers to be holding when you are not doing the work. What a waste of time this company is. It had so much potential but the human service they have is quiet deficient.
