They must have something on their network like security settings that are preventing you from connecting correctly. You can talk via chat and if pressed, they can activate the SIM that way. Otherwise, you’ll need to find a different Wi-Fi connection.

You can’t get physical SIM cards same day. They do ship next day FedEx, signature required. Otherwise you can only do eSIM.

The names don’t matter, but you should be able to delete the old eSIM, then it will automatically change the name to primary.

You’ll have to contact care via Wi-Fi, without logging in. They will suspend 2FA temporarily so they can access your account.
