I have been without power for over a week now. Others who use Verizon have been credited loss of usage to their accounts because they can talk to a customer service rep. This is the most frustrating customer service setup I have ever experienced. If I leave and go 1 mile I have perfect service however sitting at home nothing! And the chat bot doesn’t let me ask a question pertaining to my situation. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated!! TIA

For reporting outages you would have to contact Verizon. Visible is owned by Verizon and runs on their towers but they have nothing to do with the towers themselves.
