I already have a device on order?

I received an email stating that I need to upgrade my phone and plan to continue my service.  When I tried to select a new phone, I received and "Uh-Oh" message telling me that I already have a device on order?!?!? I do not and there is nothing but mt original phone in my order history.

I had the same issue. You need to contact customer service and they will clear it up for you.
